In Utah, a good-faith cure within 30 days of notice, or a cure within 90, presumes a suit abusive. Missouri gives 90 days to fix before a suit. Neither limits federal ADA claims.
Who it affects
Utah businesses, and all Missouri-registered entities, including nonprofits and churches.
What to do
- Log every demand letter's date and respond fast.
- Fix reported issues within 30 days, 90 at most.
