Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and ComplyMo. We have kept them readable so you actually know what you are agreeing to.
Last updated August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using ComplyMo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using ComplyMo on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
ComplyMo is a hosted widget that adds accessibility (ADA/WCAG), GDPR consent, and cookie management to your website with a single line of code. We provide the software, hosting, and a dashboard to configure it. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.
3. Plans and billing
- Pricing — paid plans start from $19/mo. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
- Monthly and annual — you can pay monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed up front for the year.
- Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled.
- Cancel anytime, one click — you can cancel from your dashboard in a single click. No retention calls, no email hoops. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Taxes — prices exclude taxes unless stated; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense the service except under a plan that expressly permits it.
- Use the widget to collect data deceptively or to mislead your own visitors.
5. Your responsibilities — and the limits of a tool
ComplyMo provides compliance tooling, not legal advice. The service helps you implement accessibility and consent mechanisms, but it does not, by itself, make you compliant with any law. You are responsible for determining which regulations apply to you, for configuring the widget appropriately, and for your own compliance. If you need a legal determination, consult a qualified professional.
You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account.
6. Intellectual property
ComplyMo and its software, design, and content are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You retain ownership of the content and configuration you provide; you grant us the rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We work hard to keep ComplyMo reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will guarantee compliance with any specific law or standard.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyMo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as IP, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
